How we started ?

Founded in November 2007 by a group of like-minded individuals passionate about advancing entrepreneurship in Malaysia, Innovasia was built on their collective experience as trainers and coaches in entrepreneur development. Our programs emphasize real-world principles and hands-on engagement with entrepreneurs. Over time, we have continuously refined our services by learning from experience, addressing market gaps, and focusing on the critical growth stage of the entrepreneurial journey. This evolution led to the creation of The Growth Fit (TGF) — our comprehensive model designed to support sustainable business growth from end to end.

Our Team

To optimize overheads, INNOVASIA maintains a core team of full-time personnel that is responsible for planning & charting out the group’s strategies, and managing the normal operation of a business organization. 

In keeping with its Value Philosophy, INNOVASIA maintains a network of trainers, coaches, subject matter experts, and mentors; working with them on a collaborative basis for respective programs and projects.

This network comprise of experienced people from various sectors of the industry who are experts in their respective fields. The expansion of this network, especially in the fields of expertise is a continuous effort.
